If Muslims are not allowed to “pluck their eyebrows”, can they alter their physical appearance in other ways?

Can Muslims wear makeup?, straighten their hair (ie. make curly hair straight through chemicals/heat)?, undergo plastic surgery (ie. rhinoplasty – Iran has the most nose surgery in the world, breast/pec implants, etc.)?, colour their hair (I have read that Muhammad dyed his hair red)?, wear coloured contact lenses, wear wigs?, get caps on slightly chipped teeth for aesthetic purposes?, etc.

yeah, I knew a guy .. had his hands removed. And the state paid for it.
